DCNS will not share your personal information with anyone, period. DCNS
despises telemarketers and spam as much as anybody.
DCNS will keep customer information only
for the purposes of warranties, billing, or other absolutely necessary
reason. We will not sell your personal information; we will not keep it to
target you for marketing in the future.
DCNS will purge your personal information
from our files as soon as possible, once it is no longer required.
In the course of dealing with computer
repair or networks, DCNS may have to look through files on your computers
or wireless access points. DCNS is not the police. What is on your
computer is your business.
DCNS will sometimes need to know passwords
and other information when logging on to computers, or setting up
networks. DCNS will leave instructions on how to change those passwords,
so that the computers/networks are no longer accessible to DCNS after work
is completed.
Security and confidentiality are of
primary concern to DCNS.
